  • Leading United Nations-funded Civil Registration & Vital Statistics (CRVS) Project.
  • Launched South Punjab’s first-ever hospital-integrated Birth & Death Notification & Registration Terminal (BNRT/DNRT) at Doctors Care Hospital.
  • Rolled out CRMS Mobile Application across entire Multan Region (14 districts).
  • Master Trainer: Trained UC Secretaries & Assistant Directors Local Govt (Tehsil/District Level) on CRMS Mobile App. (Certified by Punjab Focal Person, Dec 2025).
  • Official regional representative for UN CRVS compliance and interoperability.
  • Liaised with local government authorities, from Union Council officials to the Divisional Director, to support effective technical and administrative implementation.

  • Personally inaugurated the very first web-based CRMS site in the country.
  • Multan Region became #1 revenue-generating region nationwide because of this launch.

  • Full P&L and operational responsibility for 196 Union Councils and 1,577 live registration sites.
  • Delivered 10+ million PKR revenue in 2022 alone – highest performing district in Pakistan.
  • Daily monitoring of vital events, revenue reconciliation, fraud prevention and field audits.
  • Conducted Technical and Financial Audits of Union Councils.
  • Resolved thousands of daily technical incidents ensuring 99.9% service uptime.
